EA's Boogie mic for Wii is...unexciting

Well, we knew (http://www.engadget.com/2007/05/07/ea-to-ship-first-mic-for-the-wii/) it wasn't going to be earth-shattering, but this first shot of the mic for EA (http://engadget.com/tag/ea)'s Singstar-meets-DDR Wii game Boogie (http://www.joystiq.com/tag/boogie) doesn't even set off mild tremors. The USB unit is the first mic for the Wii, however, and that's gotta count for something, right? Still, we're not giving up hope for Nintendo to finally ship the fabled Wiimote microphone (http://www.engadget.com/2006/05/24/wiimote-to-have-mic-voip-support/) that plugs into that unused "audio translator (http://www.engadget.com/2007/06/01/unused-audio-translator-revealed-in-wiimote/)" chip -- it's gotta happen sometime. Right?
