Lets get the reviews going again.
Lets start with this Jeezy album...

I know dude can't really rap, but the shit he says sounds geniune, like he real believes in what he is talking about. I give this album 3.5mics of the old source mics. He is never going to be taken seriously as a rapper and from articles i've read he really doesn't care (I know every new rappers says this). Dude says some bullshit that left me puzzled as to why someone would really put such words and phrases together total bullshit rhymes, but for some reason i've listened to the album a lot seen it was posted. I couldn't stand the first album except for a few songs and after reading the XXL article i decided to give this nigga a chance, he actually didn't dissapoint me. Music reminds me of that old New York ignorant rap, you know the rap that put us in the postion we are in now, when niggas aint talk about nothing but the same shit. It that rap you ain't really have to do to much thinking and listening to.

Not the most detailed review, but just want to start the review thread again, dudes on here have good opinions...gnik

not a fan of his style, quite annoying if you ask me, the beats all sound the same to me, respected him before the monie interview, lost one.

Now if you a lyrical critic...dont bother to read this cos this Jeezy music aint for you

He is good for those who believed in him on 101

He does good with his single and a couple more others, but i think overall his first was better. if you liked the frst one (his first album), you will embrace this one with a similar or less attitude. He employed the same lazy draggy adlibs on every song. The beats are good for ATL heads and South rhythm in general. Me, i dont pay attention to what he says most of the time, but he comes hard in his own style and so i just enjoy the flow and the beat. Probably didnt feel about 4 of the 18 tracks because the repetition was excessive.
