Music for the same reasons ya stated, but sports because while moving you, you don't think about things really, you are focused and when you are done, your body pumps endorphines around which is the "drug" that makes you happy.

I was going to say music and/or love, but music can make you feel love, as well as any other emotions.

I just had a discussion on a similar topic with a few colleges.
We were dicussing which had a greater influence on today's youth, Music or Movies..?!?

I guess it could go either way, depending on ones up bringing..... I tend to lean more towards movies/televisions.....

my greatest feeling was probably back in high school at the time i first started having sex. i was on a baseball team made up of all my high school buddies (this wasn't the school team so no intense practice or pressure of any kind). i was also drinking alot and smoking lots of ganja. so basically my greatest feeling arose from all these things put together, having lots of sex and then playing baseball drunk and high with all of my friends with my girl behind me on the bleachers. my brothers would always show up at the games bringing me alcohol in 7-11 big gulps for me to drink. those were the good ol' days

Laughing with people that I'm close with.

Everyone deals with pain and has a lot of stress, but for those couple seconds when you both start laughing at the same stuff, whether sober or not, will always be remembered when things get tough.

Another thing that makes me feel good about myself, is being around my friends kids and playing with them/making them laugh. They're so oblivious to the drama in the world and enjoy every moment of their day. I don't have any kids of my own, but I assume if I ever do, that would replace my first choice of laughing with my close friends.
