Nets Inquire On Varejao And Wilcox

Rod Thorn and the Nets have made inquiries about Chris Wilcox and Anderson Varejao. The Nets are disappointed with their start and are looking to make a change, but haven't found a deal they like just yet.
"It is frustrating, because we had a pretty advantageous schedule up to this point," Thorn said. "And we haven't taken advantage of it. The games are spaced out pretty good now; there's no alibi for not being ready. Because we essentially play every other day. It can't be the schedule now. So it's time to start playing."
