We are in a serious constitutional crisis these days and the media
has done it's best to keep us informed about American Idol winners
and J-Los pregnancy.
Executive Order #11000 allows the government to move people
into "work brigades" under government supervision. Kind of like
Auschwitz, only in Cleveland or Richmond.
The Military Commissions Act of 2006 allows the government to arrest
and hold anyone indefinitely without formal charges or legal
representation.
So strictly speaking, we may still have the "right" to free speech,
assembly or religion, but if they government can arrest you without
formal charges, legal representation indefinitely, it is essentially
no different than the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany or a third world
dictatorship.
If you say something that pisses off a politician or demonstrate too
loudly, you can be arrested with no trial, bail, lawyer, or
explanation. This is terrifying.
No one has noticed because it's only happened to foreigners in the
Middle East. But the law is on the books now. In a few years it might
be protesters held without charge or attorney indefinitely. Then
anyone who prints something the president doesn't like.
And who knows who that will be, Hillary Clinton, or Rudy Giuliani,
the point it, the founding fathers never intended the government to
have that kind of power. In fact the specifically forbid it. What
kind of world are our children going to grow up in? They've taken
away our rights and they HAVE TO GIVE THEM BACK.
The Real ID Act is supposed to take effect in May 08 where we all
carry a national ID. One they want to put an RFID chip in so they can
track all our movements. Anyone without it can't board a plane, train
or open a bank account.

emergency that is not defined, and can not be reviewed by Congress
for 6 months.
PDD51 allows the President dictatorial control without
checks/balances from congress.
The present administration and Congress have done more to remove our
Constitutional rights since 911 than in our entire 200 year history.
I would advice anyone to look up these laws and orders or email this
to as many people as you can. Before some "emergency" happens before
the next election in 08.
