I don't think there is any way hes gonna go to NY, especially for Steve Francis, Philly wants young talent for him, they don't want to trade their "bad seed" for another in Stevie Franchise and they def wont throw in Samuel D to do it.

It makes sense for them to send him West, but you never know, they want young talent and the C's got that out the ass.
