I know it's an upgrade for XP, but what's all the fuss about?

well its gna be like going from windows 95 to windows xp

Of course there is the GUI updates. All this means is that the graphics and imagery is updated. There some security updates one of which is software validation which supposedly makes it harder to pirate. I know there has been a security leak already, but I didn't get to in depth.

main thing i guess would be A LOT better hardware optimization so things run quicker and DX10...graphics will be changed and look tonnes better

Well a friend of mine told me it won't be business oriented, which sucks. And I guess they'll crack down on pirates also, which sucks even more.

well they did make it for home users but then it will be more business orientated than xp i suppose with the new advancements
