ok most of y'all know...im in a relationship with a girl that has 2 kids...been with her for bout 2 1/2 years

since i started at this job about 9 months ago me and the receptionist have been becoming increasingly close...she has been with her bf for bout 5 years...anyways we joke around, bitch about our relationships, etc.

well the other day we were talkin about not knowing if we were with the right people and she asked me if i thought she was dateable...it kinda took me off guard...i told her she was...and then the next day she asked me to go to transformers with her...idk if i should go or not...i really like her, but just not sure if this deal seems like a friend type thing or if it is a "date"

what do you all think?

Scoff your treading on dangerous ground..If your having to question whether it's a good idea or not then you already know the answer is no you shouldn't go.. If you are totally committed to your gf then you need to take a step away from this girl..

If your questioning whether your gf is right for you after all this time then maybe (as much as you care for her and the kids) the best thing would be to end the relationship and see what else is out there..

This girl sounds like trouble though.. Don't date her!! If she is willing to throw away a 5 year relationship for someone she "flirts with" at work then she is no good...

IMO

I get what your saying...But to me shes just a really good friend. I just don't know what her intentions were when she asked me to go to this movie. If its a "just friends" type thing I guess i don't see why there would be a problem with it.

And I don't think she is trying to throw away her relationship for me. I think she had already decided that she doesn't want to be with this guy and maybe I reinforced it. LOL

I don't know...I don't know how to go about it without being an ass

Maaaannnn it's a "friend" type date with Optimus Prime doin' 360's on the double feature screen with special effects but wait until Megan Fox and Shia Labeouf have their ultra cheesy "Oh no the world is going to end, let's cry together" scene and you feel a hand creepin' up ya leg.

DON'T DO IT FAM!!!!!!

Unless of course, you want an indecent blowjob.

I'm just saying that if your gf finds out about it it's gonna get twisted in her head that you two fucked..that's all I'm saying that it's a big can 'O' worms to open up...

Be cutesy and friendly at work and leave it at that...

If yall seen the movie durin the day, cool. Day dates are for people who aren't gonna get any. Plus, it shows it was more on the "friend" tip.

If it was at night, then NO!

Relationships with people at work = BAD!

I was in kinda the same situation a while ago (didn't have a gf, but she had a man..getting close at work etc) and I didn't turn out very good lol. I'd say don't do it..
